Who is responsible
The controller of your data is DIGITAL M-TECHNOLOGIES STUDIO, S.L., tax ID B26631192, registered at Isabel la Católica 1, 1st floor, 1, 39007 Santander (Cantabria), Spain. You can write to us at [email protected].
What data we process
- Account: email and name of the adults who use the app.
- Household profiles, including children: name, date of birth, sex, height, weight, activity, goals, likes and whether they have school lunch.
- Health data: allergies, intolerances, diets and answers to the health questionnaire. These are a special category of data and we only process them with your explicit consent.
- School menu: the photo or PDF you upload and the dishes we read from it.
- App usage: menus, chosen recipes, shopping list, purchases and spending you log.
- Subscription: your plan status. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google; we never see them.
Whoever manages the app fills in the profiles for the rest of the household. If you add other adults or children, you confirm that you have their permission or that you are their parent or legal guardian.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Providing the service (planning the week, reading the school menu, the list and spending): performance of the contract you accept when using the app.
- Taking allergies, diets and health into account: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the profile.
- Managing the subscription: performance of the contract.
- Measuring use of this website with Google Analytics: your consent, given or refused in the cookie notice.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with providers we need for the app to work, acting as processors under contract:
- Supabase: database and accounts.
- Anthropic: reading the school menu and preparing menus.
- RevenueCat: subscription management.
- Apple and Google: downloads, payments and phone notifications.
- Google (Analytics): website statistics, only if you accept cookies.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, it is with GDPR safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. If you delete it, we erase your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep longer. The school menu photo or PDF is deleted when you replace it with a new one.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Changes
If we change this policy we will let you know in the app before the change applies.
