Who we are
Hoy toca is an app by DIGITAL M-TECHNOLOGIES STUDIO, S.L., tax ID B26631192, registered at Isabel la Católica 1, 1st floor, 1, 39007 Santander (Cantabria), Spain. Contact: [email protected].
What Hoy toca offers
Hoy toca helps you organise your household's weekly menu around the school lunch menu, each person's profile, the shopping list and spending. To use it you need an account and must be an adult.
Subscription and free trial
- The subscription is per household: one covers everyone at home.
- Plans: monthly (€3.99), 6 months (€19.99) and yearly (€29.99). The stores may show prices in your country's currency.
- The 15-day trial starts when you choose a plan. When it ends, the subscription is charged and renews automatically on that plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Cancel from your phone's subscription settings.
- Without a subscription you can keep using the shared shopping list, your own list, the last menu you planned and this month's spending.
Not medical advice
Menus and nutritional values are for guidance only and do not replace advice from a health professional. If anyone at home has allergies, intolerances or a medical diet, always check each recipe's ingredients and the school menu we have read before cooking.
What you upload
You are responsible for the information you enter, including that of other people in your household. We only use the school menu and your data to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes or try to access other households' data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
We do our best to keep the app working well and without interruptions, but we cannot always guarantee it. We are not liable for harm resulting from not checking allergies, ingredients or the menu we read, or for interruptions beyond our control.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms we will let you know in the app. They are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
